A Commitment to our Community
The M Foundation was formed as the philanthropic extension of M Immobilier. In 2020, countless people in our communities were reeling under the effects of the global pandemic.
In an attempt to address widening gaps and inequalities, we founded The M Foundation: a non-profit fundraising initiative created to support organizations working to end housing insecurity and help those in need find a place to call home.
Une Maison, Un Don is a fundraising campaign in which CHARLY & CO. pledges to donate a portion of its proceeds from every real estate transaction on the island of Montreal to Le Phare Enfants et Familles. Our goal is to contribute to Le Phare’s mission.
Located in the Angus district of Rosemont, Le Phare Enfants et Familles is an organization that offers comprehensive services to children requiring pediatric palliative care and provides their families with respite, support and bereavement follow-up.
